East Coast Alliance Honors Manuel Velazquez, a Rancho La Puerta fitness instructor

Tecate, Baja California, Mexico, April 2011 – Rancho La Puerta , the original fitness resort and destination spa, is proud to announce that staff member Manuel Velazquez has been named “All Around International Fitness Presenter” during the East Coast Alliance’s (ECA) Fitness Convention at Marriott Marquis Hotel in Times Square, New York City. Nominated in previous years, Manuel’s honor came during ECA’s 20^th anniversary convention.  

ECA World Fitness is an international organization and association representing the wellness and fitness community. ECA fitness conventions feature educational seminars, innovative new products, and fitness demonstrations. The award presented to Manuel during the New York conference was voted on by his industry peers.

Manuel serves on faculty for ACE, AFAA, and AEA. He is also an AFAA Examiner and is part of FG2000. Manuel appears in many internationally-selling fitness DVDs available at www.scwfitness.com.
